Main Ingredients
- 🍗 1 chicken thigh (250g)
- 2 heads bok choy (200g)
- 🥛 200ml milk
- 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 200ml water
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Thickener
- 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 1/2 tbsp water
चरण
Cut the root of bok choy slightly and slice into 4cm pieces. Separate the stems and leaves.
Cut the chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook for 3 minutes until browned. Flip and cook for another 3 minutes. Add bok choy stems and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add water, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, and bok choy leaves. Mix well and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes.
Add milk and mix. Once boiling, stir in cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened.
