- 🍗 200g chicken thigh
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
Vegetables
- 230g stir-fry cut vegetables
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Sauce
- 50cc ponzu soy sauce
- 💧 100cc water
Thickener
- 💧 1 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp potato starch
चरण
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until browned.
Flip the chicken, add cut vegetables, and stir-fry for 1–2 minutes.
Add ponzu sauce and water, bring to a boil, then reduce to low heat. Add water mixed with potato starch and stir until thickened. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, then serve.
