- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 80g garlic sprouts
- 🍄 100g shimeji mushrooms
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp cornstarch
- 🧈 10g salted butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp concentrated soy sauce (3x)
चरण
Cut garlic sprouts into 4–5cm lengths. Trim the base of shimeji mushrooms and separate them into small clusters.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with cornstarch.
Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Place chicken skin-side down and cook until browned. Flip, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for 2–3 minutes. Add shimeji mushrooms and garlic sprouts, stir-frying over medium heat until softened.
Add soy sauce and stir-fry until well combined.
