Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 100g kimchi
- 1/3 bunch chives
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Chicken Marinade
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp potato starch
चरण
Cut the chives into 4cm lengths, removing the root ends.
Slice the chicken breast diagonally into bite-sized pieces. Season with salt and pepper, then coat with potato starch.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Then add the bean sprouts and cook until softened.
Add kimchi, sugar, and soy sauce, and stir-fry to combine. Finally, add the chives and cook until softened.
