Main Ingredients
- 🍗 200g chicken breast
- 1/2 paprika, chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion, chopped
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
Seasonings
- 25g curry powder
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
चरण
Chop the vegetables (paprika and onion) and prepare them.
Heat oil in a frying pan and make scallion oil.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add chicken breast pieces to the pan and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Add curry powder and cooked rice to the pan, then stir-fry until evenly mixed.
Mix well and serve hot.
