- 🍗 1 piece (250g) chicken breast
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
चरण
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with sake, soy sauce, grated garlic, and grated ginger. Marinate for 5 minutes. Add potato starch and mix well, then let it sit for another 5 minutes.
Heat vegetable oil in a pot to 180°C (356°F), about 3cm deep. Fry the chicken pieces, turning them occasionally, until golden brown and cooked through, approximately 3 minutes.
