Main Ingredients
- 🦐 1 cup cocktail shrimp
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧈 1 piece butter
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
Chili Sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 💧 a small amount of water
चरण
Thaw the frozen shrimp in water. Remove the tails if desired.
Mix all the chili sauce ingredients together in a bowl.
Heat cooking oil in a pan and lightly sauté the minced garlic over low heat.
Add the thawed shrimp to the pan and sprinkle with a little pepper.
Pour the chili sauce into the pan and mix well with the shrimp. Add a small amount of water to help combine the sauce.
Add a piece of butter to the pan and mix until melted and combined.
Prepare a serving of rice.
Place the chili shrimp on top of the rice and serve.
