    • 1 tsp sesame oil
    • 1 tsp grated ginger
    • A pinch of pepper
    • 400 ml water
  • Thickener

    • 1 tbsp cornstarch
    • 1 tbsp water

Separate bok choy stems and leaves, then cut them into bite-sized pieces.
