Main Ingredients
- 🍚 2 cups cooked rice
- 🥚 2-3 eggs
- 🧅 1 stalk green onion
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
- 🍤 15 cocktail shrimp
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- to taste sesame seeds
चरण
Heat a pan and add 1 tbsp olive oil or butter.
Add green onion and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant.
Push the green onion aside and crack 2-3 eggs into the pan.
Cook the shrimp on one side of the pan until pink and tender.
Add 2 tbsp oyster sauce and a pinch of pepper.
Add the cooked rice and stir-fry thoroughly.
Drizzle 1 tbsp sesame oil and mix well. Sprinkle sesame seeds to finish.
