- 🍗 100g chicken breast, skinless
Vegetables
- 🌽 50g frozen corn
- 100g bean sprouts
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- 1 tbsp ground sesame
- Pinch of pepper
चरण
Pierce the chicken breast with a fork several times.
Place bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, lay the chicken breast on top, and sprinkle with sake. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes until the chicken is cooked. Let it cool slightly under the wrap.
Drain excess liquid, shred the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and mix with bean sprouts and corn in a bowl.
Combine sesame oil, ponzu sauce, ground sesame, and pepper in a bowl. Toss the salad ingredients with the dressing.
