- 1 1/2 tbsp dried wakame
Vegetables
- 🥒 2 cucumbers (200g)
- 1/2 piece ginger
Seasonings
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp vinegar
चरण
Soak the dried wakame in water until it softens, then drain and set aside.
Slice the cucumbers thinly and sprinkle with a pinch of salt. Let sit for 5 minutes, then squeeze out excess water.
Grate the ginger finely and set aside.
In a bowl, mix sugar, salt, and vinegar until the sugar dissolves.
Combine the cucumbers, wakame, and grated ginger in the bowl with the dressing. Mix well.
