Vegetables
- 50g chives, chopped
- 1 pack enoki mushrooms, chopped
- 1 green chili, minced
- A small amount of red chili, minced

- 🥚 1 egg, beaten
- Enough vegetable oil for frying
- 1/2 cup pancake flour
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1.5 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
चरण
Chop the chives and enoki mushrooms into small pieces.
Mince the green chili and red chili.
In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup water with 1.5 tbsp gochujang until smooth.
Add 1/2 cup pancake flour to the bowl and mix well.
Beat 1 egg and add it to the batter.
Add the chopped chives, minced chilies, and enoki mushrooms to the batter and mix thoroughly.
Heat a pan and add enough vegetable oil for frying.
Spoon the batter into the pan in small portions and fry until golden brown on both sides.
Serve the chive pancakes as a snack, side dish, or appetizer.
