- 🍝 160g spaghetti (linguine)
Meat
- 150g ground pork
Vegetables
- 🍆 2 eggplants
- 🧅 1/2 onion, minced
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Liquid
- 1 tbsp pasta water
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 5 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp consomme
Toppings
- 🧀 1 tbsp grated cheese
- 🌿 Chopped parsley, as needed
चरण
Cut the eggplants into 1cm cubes and mince the onion.
Boil water in a pot, cook the spaghetti as per package instructions, reserve 1 tbsp of pasta water, and drain.
Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add ground pork, and cook over medium heat until browned. Add eggplant and onion, and sauté over medium-low heat for about 5 minutes.
Add the seasonings (ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, consomme, salt, and pepper) and mix well. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the pan, mix thoroughly, and serve. Garnish with grated cheese and parsley.
