Chicken
- 🍗 1 chicken breast
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
- 🌾 3 tbsp flour
- 3 tbsp salad oil
Chinese Sauce
- 🧅 1/4 scallion, minced
- 🧂 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🍶 2 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
चरण
Mince the scallion.
In a bowl, mix soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, gochujang, sesame oil, and the minced scallion.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces, season with salt and pepper, and coat thoroughly with flour.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add the chicken pieces, and pan-fry over medium heat for 1.5 minutes. Flip and cook on low heat for 3 minutes until golden brown. Serve on a plate and drizzle with the scallion sauce.
