Main Ingredients
- 🧄 20 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Optional Garnish
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
चरण
Peel the garlic cloves and rinse them under cold water.
In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, sugar, water, and sesame oil.
Add the garlic cloves to the saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 15–20 minutes until the garlic becomes tender and the sauce thickens.
Transfer the garlic and sauce to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
