- 🍗 125g chicken thigh
Vegetables
- 🥑 1/2 avocado
- 40g red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp salad oil
Butter Mix
- 🧂 1/4 tsp salt
- 🧂 Pinch of pepper
- 🧈 10g salted butter
चरण
Cut chicken thigh into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Peel and dice avocado into 2cm cubes. Dice red bell pepper into 1.5cm cubes.
Heat salad oil in a pan, add chicken and grated garlic, and stir-fry over medium heat until chicken changes color.
Add avocado and red bell pepper, stir-fry briefly, then add the butter mix and combine well.
