- 1 bunch watercress
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced

- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Pinch of black pepper
चरण
Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the watercress into 3cm pieces, and thinly slice the onion and garlic.
Heat butter and garlic in a frying pan over medium heat, then add chicken and stir-fry until the chicken changes color.
Add onion and cook until softened, then add watercress and stir-fry until coated with oil. Add the seasonings and mix well.
