Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 🧈 15g salted butter
Vegetables
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 🧅 Chopped spring onion, to taste
Oil
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Toppings
- 2 tbsp white sesame seeds
चरण
Slice the garlic and remove the core.
Season the beef with salt and pepper.
Heat olive oil and garlic in a pan over low heat until the garlic turns golden brown, then remove the garlic.
Add the beef to the same pan and stir-fry over medium heat until the color changes.
Add the rice and sesame seeds, stir-fry until evenly mixed, then add soy sauce, salt, and butter.
Serve on a plate, garnish with spring onion and place the fried garlic on top.
