Seasoning
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, grated
- 🧂 Herb salt to taste

- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
Cooking Oils
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 🧈 20g salted butter
Garnish
- Chopped parsley, a pinch
- 🍋 Lemon slices as desired
चरण
Remove the vein from the shrimp using a toothpick. Wash and pat dry.
Grate the garlic. Mix shrimp, grated garlic, and herb salt in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Add flour to the bowl and mix gently to coat the shrimp.
Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Cook shrimp, flipping occasionally until golden. Sprinkle parsley and serve with lemon.
