Main Ingredients
- 1 piece (250g) konjac
- 60g garlic sprouts
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
चरण
Cut garlic sprouts into 4cm pieces. Slice konjac into 5mm thick pieces after halving it vertically.
Boil konjac in a pot with water over medium heat for 3 minutes to remove its odor. Drain well.
Mix all ☆ seasoning ingredients in a container to prepare the sauce.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Stir-fry konjac for 2 minutes, then add garlic sprouts and stir briefly.
Add the prepared sauce and stir-fry until evenly coated.
