चरण
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds, and slice thinly.
In a bowl, mix bell peppers, tuna, chicken stock powder, salt, pepper, and sesame oil.
Cover the bowl loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Sprinkle white sesame seeds on top.
