- 🐟 170g sashimi-grade yellowtail
Marinade
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
Condiments
- 1 pack kaiware sprouts
- 🧅 20g chopped green onion
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3 slices ginger, minced
- 🍋 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt

Cut the kaiware sprouts into 5mm pieces, mince garlic and ginger.

Slice the yellowtail diagonally into 1cm thick pieces.

Mix the marinade ingredients in a bowl and coat the yellowtail slices.
