Meat
- 🐖 50g sliced pork
Vegetables
- 100g konjac, pre-boiled
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Spices
- Shichimi togarashi, as needed
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tbsp miso
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 💧 200cc water
चरण
Tear the konjac into bite-sized pieces. Mix all the seasonings in a pot and add the konjac. Heat over medium heat until boiling.
Add the pork and bring to a boil again. Skim off any foam, cover with a drop lid, and simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove the drop lid and cook until the liquid is reduced and the dish is glazed. Serve on a plate, garnish with green onions, and sprinkle shichimi togarashi if desired.
