- 🧅 1 green onion, cut into 3cm pieces
- 6cm daikon, grated

- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
- Shichimi togarashi to taste

चरण
Trim the root of the maitake mushrooms and separate them into smaller pieces. Cut the green onion into 3cm pieces. Grate the daikon and drain excess water.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add maitake mushrooms and green onion, stir-frying until softened. Add grated daikon and ponzu sauce, then stir briefly to combine.
