    • 15 dumpling wrappers

    • 50g ground pork
    • 50g mozuku seaweed
    • 🧅 10cm minced green onion
    • 🧀 20g shredded pizza cheese
    • 1/2 tbsp potato starch
    • 1 tsp soy sauce
    • 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
  • For Frying

    • As needed salad oil

Pat dry the mozuku seaweed and cut into 1cm pieces. Mince the green onion.

In a bowl, mix mozuku with potato starch. Add the remaining filling ingredients and mix well.

Place 1/15 of the filling onto each dumpling wrapper. Wet the edges with water and seal tightly. Repeat for all wrappers.

Heat salad oil in a pot to 170°C. Fry the dumplings until golden brown.
