    • 💧 50ml water
  • Thickening Agent

    • 1 tsp potato starch
    • 💧 1 tsp water

Cut nagaimo into 1cm thick slices after halving lengthwise. Remove seeds and stems from bell peppers and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Remove shells from shrimp, leaving the tails intact. Devein and rinse under water, then pat dry. Mix shrimp with sake, salt, and potato starch in a bowl.

Combine all stir-fry sauce ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add shrimp, nagaimo, and bell peppers, stir-frying until shrimp changes color. Add the stir-fry sauce and cook for 2 minutes, allowing the liquid to evaporate. Add the thickening agent and stir until the sauce thickens.
