- 1/2 bunch nira
- 🥕 1/2 carrot, julienned
- 🍄 1 pack shimeji mushrooms
Staples
- 30g glass noodles
- 🐟 1 can tuna, drained
Seasonings
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
Cooking Oil
- 1 tbsp salad oil
चरण
Cut nira into bite-sized pieces. Julienne the carrot. Trim the root of the shimeji mushrooms and separate them by hand.
Boil water in a pot and cook the glass noodles. Drain and cut them with scissors.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the carrot and stir-fry until softened. Add shimeji mushrooms and drained tuna, then stir-fry together.
Add nira, soy sauce, and curry powder to the pan. Stir until well mixed, then add the glass noodles and stir-fry until everything is evenly combined.
