- 🍚 2 cups warm rice
Seafood
- 🐙 130g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion, minced
- 🌱 A pinch of chopped chives
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- A pinch of black pepper

Cut the boiled octopus into 1cm cubes and mince the green onion.

Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, then add the octopus and green onion. Stir-fry until the green onion becomes tender.

Add the warm rice, chicken stock powder, salt, white sesame seeds, and black pepper to the pan. Stir-fry until well combined. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped chives.
