- 🐙 150g boiled octopus
Vegetables
- 🥔 2 medium potatoes (250g)
- 1/2 red bell pepper
Seasoning
- 🧂 Salt and pepper to taste
Coating
- Breadcrumbs as needed
- Vegetable oil as needed
Batter
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🌾 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 💧 1 tbsp water
चरण
Cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces, soak in water for 5 minutes, drain, and microwave for 5 minutes at 600W.
Cut boiled octopus and red bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
Mix egg, flour, and water in a bowl to prepare the batter.
Skewer octopus, potato, and bell pepper pieces, then season with salt and pepper.
Dip skewered ingredients into the batter and coat with breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry at 170°C until golden brown. Serve with Worcestershire sauce if desired.
