- 2 tbsp cooking oil
चरण
Heat a pan with 1 tbsp cooking oil and stir-fry sliced green onion until fragrant.
Add diced red and yellow paprika to the pan and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Push the paprika to one side of the pan, add 1 tbsp cooking oil to the other side, and scramble the eggs.
Season with oyster sauce, black pepper, and a pinch of salt. Mix everything together and serve.
