- 1 tbsp curry powder
चरण
Cut the pea sprouts into 2cm lengths after removing the roots.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan, add ground meat, and stir-fry until crumbly and the color changes. Add soy sauce, sugar, curry powder, and salt, mixing well to adjust the flavor.
Serve cooked rice in a bowl, spread the minced meat mixture over it, top with pea sprouts, and sprinkle sesame seeds. Repeat layering if desired.
