Meat
- 150g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🍆 3 eggplants, sliced into 1cm rounds
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- Cornstarch, as needed
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1.5 tbsp miso
- 🌰 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
चरण
Slice eggplants into 1cm rounds, score them with a crosshatch pattern, soak in water, and drain.
Cut pork belly into bite-sized pieces and coat both sides with cornstarch.
Mix sake, mirin, miso, and sesame seeds in a bowl to make the sesame miso sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add pork, and stir-fry until cooked. Add eggplants and stir-fry until coated with oil.
Add the sesame miso sauce to the pan and stir-fry until everything is well coated. Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onions.
