- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 3 leaves spring cabbage
- 🥦 140g broccoli florets
Cooking Essentials
- 1 tbsp potato starch
- 1 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 🧄 a pinch grated garlic
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- a pinch black pepper
चरण
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces and coat evenly with potato starch.
Cut the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and separate the broccoli into florets.
Boil water with a pinch of salt, add the vegetables, and cook for 1–2 minutes. Drain well and let cool slightly.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (soy sauce, garlic, sugar, vinegar, and pepper) in a bowl.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the pork, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the seasoning mixture and stir briefly. Serve the vegetables on a plate and top with the pork.
