- 🐖 200g thinly sliced pork belly
Vegetables
- 🥬 100g spinach, trimmed and chopped
Condiments
- 1 tsp salad oil
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
चरण
Cut the pork belly into bite-sized pieces.
Trim the spinach roots and cut into 3cm lengths.
Mix miso and mayonnaise in a bowl to create the miso mayo sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the pork until its color changes.
Add spinach, sake, and miso mayo sauce to the pan. Stir-fry until the spinach becomes tender.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well, and serve.
