- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 200g pork belly block
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 onion, sliced
- 1/2 bunch chives, cut into 4cm pieces
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1/2 tsp grated ginger
- 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
चरण
Slice the onion thinly and cut the chives into 4cm pieces.
Cut the pork belly into 1cm slices.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add pork belly, grated ginger, and grated garlic, and cook until both sides are browned.
Add sliced onion and stir-fry until softened. Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce) and cook for 2 minutes while reducing the sauce. Add chives and mix briefly.
Serve the cooked mixture over bowls of rice.
