Pork Stir-fry
- 100g sliced pork
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 🥕 50g carrot, julienned
Seasoning for Stir-fry
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tsp flour
Pumpkin Curry Flavor
- 🎃 135g pumpkin, diced
- 1/2 tsp curry powder
- 🧀 1 tsp grated cheese
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
चरण
Slice the bell pepper and julienne the carrot.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a microwave-safe container and add the pork, coating it evenly.
Place the sliced vegetables on top of the pork, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes. Let it rest for 1 minute and mix lightly.
Cut the pumpkin into bite-sized pieces and place them in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Mix the pumpkin with curry powder, grated cheese, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
Pack the stir-fry and pumpkin curry with rice into a bento box.
