Essential Ingredients
- 🐖 300g pork shoulder
- 🧅 1 handful shredded green onion
- 1 handful bean sprouts
- a dash sesame oil
- a dash sesame seeds
Seasoning Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 3 tbsp corn syrup
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- a dash black pepper
चरण
Remove excess blood from the pork using paper towels and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the marinade.
Marinate the pork with the prepared sauce for 10–20 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the marinated pork until almost cooked.
Add bean sprouts and shredded green onion to the pan and stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.
Turn off the heat, mix in sesame oil, and sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
