Main Ingredients
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
- 🎃 250g sliced pumpkin
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp red miso
चरण
Slice the pumpkin into thin, bite-sized pieces.
In a bowl, mix all the seasoning ingredients (sake, mirin, sugar, soy sauce, red miso) to prepare the sauce.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes.
Add the pumpkin to the pan and stir-fry until coated with oil. Cover with a lid and steam-fry over low heat for about 2 minutes until the pumpkin softens.
Add the prepared sauce to the pan and stir-fry for about 1 minute until the dish is glossy and well-coated.
