- 150g sliced pork
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Noodles
- 2 packs cooked udon noodles
Sauce
- 80cc concentrated noodle sauce
Liquid
- 💧 600cc water
Toppings
- 🍋 1 slice lemon
- Grated daikon radish, as needed
- 🧅 Chopped green onion, as needed
चरण
Rub pork with sake and salt, then let it sit for 10 minutes.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the pork over medium heat.
In a pot, bring water to a boil and add concentrated noodle sauce.
Add udon noodles to the pot and simmer until heated through.
Serve the noodles in a bowl, top with pork, grated daikon, green onion, and a slice of lemon.
