- 🐟 220g sanma fillets
Vegetables
- 4 shiso leaves
Condiments
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 umeboshi
- 4g katsuobushi
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 1/2 tbsp miso
- A pinch of grated ginger
चरण
Remove the pit from the umeboshi and chop it coarsely. Cut off the stems of the shiso leaves and halve them.
Mix all the ☆ ingredients in a bowl.
Place 2 shiso leaves on each sanma fillet, spread the ume okaka mixture, and roll from one end. Secure the roll with a toothpick. Repeat to make 4 rolls.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the rolls seam-side down and cook until browned. Flip, add sake, cover with a lid, and steam on low heat for about 3 minutes.
