चरण
Peel the satoimo and cut into bite-sized pieces. Sprinkle with 1 tsp salt (not listed in ingredients) and rub to remove the sliminess. Wash thoroughly with water and drain.
Place the satoimo in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Let it cool slightly.
