Batter
- 150g pancake mix
- 🥚 1 egg
- 🥛 120ml milk
- 🧂 A pinch of salt
चरण
Place a sausage on a slice of melting cheese and roll it up. Repeat for all 4 sausages.
In a bowl, mix the batter ingredients (pancake mix, egg, milk, and salt) until smooth and lump-free.
Heat a thin layer of vegetable oil in a tamagoyaki pan over low heat. Pour 1/4 of the batter into the pan, place a rolled sausage on top, and roll it up from the far edge. Increase to medium heat and cook while rolling until golden and cooked through. Repeat for the remaining sausages.
