Seasoning

Breading
- Sufficient amount of all-purpose flour

- Sufficient amount of breadcrumbs

- Sufficient amount of grain mustard
चरण
Pat the scallops dry with a paper towel and season with salt and pepper.
Crack the egg into a bowl and whisk it.
Coat the scallops in flour, then egg, and finally breadcrumbs.
Heat 2cm of vegetable oil in a pot to 180°C and fry the breaded scallops until golden brown and cooked through. Serve with grain mustard.
