Vegetables
- 🧅 1 stalk of green onion, thinly sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp of ponzu sauce
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp of salad oil
चरण
Slice the green onion thinly at an angle.
Cut the chicken neck meat into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Heat salad oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the chicken for 2–3 minutes until cooked through.
Add the green onion and ponzu sauce to the pan, then stir-fry briefly to combine.
