Vegetables
- 🍄 4 shiitake mushrooms, minced
- 🍆 1 eggplant, minced
Protein
- 100g ground chicken
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso
- 1/2 tsp doubanjiang
चरण
Cut off the stems of the shiitake mushrooms and mince them. Remove the top of the eggplant and mince it.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and cook the ground chicken until its color changes.
Add the minced shiitake mushrooms and eggplant to the pan and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, sugar, soy sauce, miso, and doubanjiang) and stir-fry until well mixed.
