Salt Sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp grated garlic
- Pinch of black pepper
- 🌰 1/2 tbsp toasted white sesame seeds

Trim the stems off the shiso leaves.

Mix all the salt sauce ingredients (marked with ☆) in a bowl.

In a plastic bag, layer one shiso leaf and a portion of the salt sauce alternately. Seal the bag, remove air, and gently massage to coat evenly.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
