Main Ingredients
- 🧈 1 block tofu
- 🥔 650g potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 🧅 150g onion, sliced
- 🧅 6 stalks green onion, chopped
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 💧 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 2 tbsp oligosaccharide
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp gochujang
- 2 tbsp chili powder
चरण
Peel and chop the potatoes into large pieces, then rinse and place them directly into a pot.
Add all the seasoning ingredients over the potatoes.
Layer sliced onions and chopped green onions on top of the potatoes, followed by sliced tofu.
Stir gently with a spoon and set the heat to high to bring the mixture to a boil.
Cook until the potatoes are tender and the sauce has reduced to a thick consistency.
Serve hot and enjoy with rice or as a side dish.
