Essential Ingredients
- 1/2 block tofu
- 100g ground pork
- 1 green chili
- 💧 100ml water
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 🧂 A pinch of pepper
- A small amount of cooking oil
- 1/4 stalk spring onion
- 🧅 1/4 onion
Seasoning Ingredients
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- 1 tbsp doenjang
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🍬 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/3 tbsp oyster sauce
- 🧄 1/2 tbsp minced garlic
Starch Water
- 💧 2 tbsp water
- 1 tbsp starch
चरण
Cut tofu into 1cm cubes, dice onion, and slice spring onion and green chili thinly.
Mix all seasoning ingredients in a bowl to create the sauce.
Prepare starch water by mixing water and starch in a separate bowl.
Heat a pan with cooking oil and stir-fry spring onion over medium heat.
Add diced onion and stir-fry until translucent.
Add ground pork and pepper, stir-fry until the pork is fully cooked.
Pour in the prepared sauce and 100ml water, stir-fry over high heat.
Reduce heat to medium-low, add tofu, and gently mix to avoid breaking the tofu.
Once the sauce thickens, add starch water, green chili, and sesame oil, mix well, and turn off the heat.
Serve over rice or as a side dish in a bowl.
