- 🐖 300g frozen pork belly
Vegetables
- 🌱 2 handfuls bean sprouts
- 🧅 1/3 stalk green onion
Seasoning
- 3 tbsp red pepper powder
- 3 tbsp gochujang
- 🧂 3 tbsp sugar
- 🧂 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp plum extract
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp cooking wine
- 🌰 A pinch of sesame seeds
चरण
Mix all seasoning ingredients except sesame seeds in a bowl.
Slice the green onion into thin pieces after halving it lengthwise.
Place cleaned bean sprouts in a frying pan.
Layer frozen pork belly slices on top of the bean sprouts.
Pour the prepared seasoning sauce over the pork and bean sprouts.
Turn on the heat and stir-fry until the pork is cooked and bean sprouts soften.
Add green onion and stir-fry briefly until combined.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top before serving.
