- 🥔 1 potato (150g), chopped
- 🧅 1/2 onion (100g), quartered
- 300ml water
Sauce
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chicken stock powder
- 🧄 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tbsp gochujang
- Pinch of chili powder
- 1 tsp sesame oil
